

A semi-fermented Chinese tea (closer to dark Oolongs than green) that can give off a lovely, roasted taste. Curled leaves with a green amber liquor and soft, sweet cup. We suggest 3 or 4 minutes at 185 to 195 F, depending on your taste. Also excellent for the gongfu-style method of multiple infusions in a Yixing pot. (Also known as Tie Guan Yin or Iron Goddess of Mercy.) One of our favorites.
